We want every customer to buy with confidence. This policy explains exactly what happens if something is wrong with your bracelet, and what you receive in return.
01 · Free replacement, not a money-back refund
Veshannastro does not offer monetary refunds or money-back returns on gemstone bracelets. Instead, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, we will send you a replacement bracelet completely free of charge — no extra payment, and no return shipping cost to you.
02 · How to claim your free replacement
Message us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photograph showing the damage, defect or error

03 · Your cashback credit
Every bracelet purchase earns you a cashback credit held against your name with us. This is not a cash payout — it is redeemable against:
- Consultations booked through our website or over WhatsApp
- Written astrology and numerology reports
- Any future bracelet purchase
To redeem it, message us on WhatsApp or by email before you book, and we will apply the credit to your order. Cashback credit carries no cash value and cannot be transferred, withdrawn or exchanged for money.
04 · What free replacement does not cover
- Change of mind after delivery, or preferring a different stone
- Normal wear, stretching of the cord, or damage from misuse, water or impact after delivery
- Minor natural variation in colour, banding, pattern or bead size — these are genuine gemstones and no two beads are identical
- Expectations about outcomes or results not unfolding as hoped
Gemstone bracelets are worn to support intention and focus. They are offered in good faith, are not guarantees of any particular result, and are not a substitute for medical, legal or financial advice.
05 · Cancelling before dispatch
If you need to cancel, message us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been energised and dispatched, we will cancel it and issue the full value as cashback credit toward a consultation, a report, or another bracelet.
06 · Wrong or incomplete address
Please check your address and pincode carefully at checkout. If a parcel returns to us because the address was incorrect or nobody was available to receive it, we will re-dispatch once you confirm a corrected address. Repeat re-dispatch may carry a shipping charge.

Every bracelet is cleansed and energised before it leaves us, so please allow a short preparation window before dispatch.
01 · Free shipping across India
Shipping is free on all orders within India. There is no minimum order value and no hidden charge at checkout.
02 · Preparation and dispatch
Orders are energised and dispatched within 2 to 3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
03 · Delivery time
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes:
- Metro cities: 3 to 5 business days
- Rest of India: 5 to 8 business days
- Remote and north-eastern regions: up to 10 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery can be delayed by weather, strikes, regional restrictions or courier backlog during festival periods.
04 · Tracking
You will receive tracking details by email and on WhatsApp as soon as your parcel is dispatched. If you have not received tracking within 4 business days of ordering, message us and we will check.
05 · Payment
All orders are prepaid through our secure checkout. We do not currently offer cash on delivery.
06 · Address accuracy
Please enter your full address, landmark and correct 6-digit pincode. We cannot change a delivery address once a parcel has been handed to the courier.
07 · Damaged in transit
If your parcel arrives damaged, photograph it before opening where possible, and message us within 7 days of delivery. Damaged items are replaced free of charge under our Refund & Replacement Policy.
08 · International orders
We currently ship within India only.

01 · Who we are
Veshannastro ("we", "us", "our") sells energised gemstone bracelets and provides personalised Vedic astrology and numerology consultation services online, operating from Chhattisgarh, India. This policy applies to this store and to all related ordering, delivery and communication channels.

02 · Information we collect
We collect only what is necessary to fulfil your order:
- Identity and contact details — your name, email address, and phone or WhatsApp number.
- Shipping address — the full postal address, landmark and pincode needed to deliver your order.
- Order information — the items you purchased, order value and any instructions you provide.
- Birth details — only where you voluntarily share them for a bracelet recommendation or a consultation. These are never required to buy a product.
- Payment information — processed securely by our payment partners. We do not store your card numbers, CVV, UPI PIN or banking credentials on our servers.
- Technical and usage data — IP address, browser type, device information and pages visited, collected automatically through cookies and analytics tools.
03 · How we use your information
We use what we collect to process and deliver your order, arrange shipping and tracking, issue invoices, apply your cashback credit, respond to your enquiries, handle replacement claims, improve our store and services, and meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
We will only send you promotional messages if you have opted in, and you may withdraw that consent at any time.
04 · Payment processing
Payments are handled by trusted third-party processors. When you pay, your financial details go directly to those processors under their own secure, PCI-DSS-compliant systems. We receive only confirmation of payment and limited transaction details — never your full card or bank information.
05 · Store platform and delivery partners
This store runs on Shopify, which hosts our product data and processes orders on our behalf. To deliver your parcel we share your name, address and phone number with our courier partners. These providers may only use your details to perform their service for us.
06 · Cookies and analytics
This store uses cookies and similar technologies, including analytics and advertising tools, to understand how visitors use the site and to measure advertising performance. These may collect anonymised usage data. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may then not work as intended.
07 · How we share information
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers who help us operate — payment processors, our store platform, courier partners, hosting, email and analytics providers — all bound by confidentiality obligations.
- Authorities or legal bodies, where disclosure is required by law or regulation.
08 · Data retention
We keep order and contact records for as long as needed to fulfil your order, honour replacement claims and cashback credit, and satisfy tax and legal requirements. Birth details shared for a recommendation are kept only as long as needed for that purpose.
09 · Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you may withdraw consent for marketing at any time. Email veshannastro@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.
10 · Children
This store is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

By browsing, ordering, purchasing, communicating, making payment or otherwise continuing to interact with this store, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and that you understand and accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please discontinue use before making payment.
02 · What we sell
This store sells energised gemstone bracelets. Each is prepared by hand, cleansed and energised before dispatch, and supplied with a wearing ritual, a mantra card and follow-up guidance. We separately offer astrology and numerology consultations and written reports, which are governed by the terms published on veshannastro.co.in.
03 · Natural stone variation
All bracelets use natural gemstones. Colour, banding, pattern, translucency and bead size vary from piece to piece and from the product photographs. This variation is a characteristic of genuine stone, not a defect, and is not grounds for replacement.
04 · Pricing and payment
All prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Orders are prepaid. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel any order affected by an obvious error, issuing full value as cashback credit.
05 · Payments for products
Bracelet purchases are not refundable in money. Where an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, your remedy is a free replacement under our Refund & Replacement Policy, claimed within 7 days of delivery with a photograph. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
06 · Cashback credit
Cashback credit issued on a purchase is store credit redeemable against consultations, reports and future bracelet orders. It has no cash value, cannot be withdrawn or transferred, and is applied by us on request before you book or order.
07 · Consultations and reports
Consultation and report bookings are personalised, intangible advisory services. A booking may become operationally active before the live session, since calendar blocking, chart casting, intake processing and analytical preparation begin after payment. Payments for consultations and reports are non-refundable once preparation has commenced, the session has been delivered or the report issued. Rescheduling, where granted, is discretionary.
08 · Outcome disclaimer
Gemstone bracelets, consultations and reports are interpretive and advisory. They are not promises, guarantees, warranties or assured predictive instruments. Perceived inaccuracy, disagreement, disappointment or unexpected outcomes do not create a right to a refund or replacement.
Nothing we supply is a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. Please consult a qualified professional for those matters.
09 · Shipping and delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, weather, strikes, regional restrictions or incorrect address details supplied at checkout. See our Shipping Policy for details.
10 · Intellectual property
All content on this store — product photography, written descriptions, ritual guides, mantra cards and reports — is the intellectual property of Veshannastro and may not be reproduced, resold or redistributed without written permission.
11 · Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss.
12 · Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Chhattisgarh, India.
13 · Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
